Sponsorship Opportunities for the "Celebrating Our Legends" Luncheon

Dear AAHM Supporter,

The Springfield and Central Illinois African-American History Museum will hold its National Women's History Month "Legends Luncheon" in conjunction with the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Dr. King's assassination. On March 10, 2018 at the Museum, 1440 Monument Ave. Springfield, IL, beginning at 12:34 PM we will be honoring women in Springfield and Central Illinois who have made sacrifices and contributions during the Civil Rights Era to end racial segregation and discrimination.

As a result of many supporters throughout the years, we have been able to display various educational and informative programs and exhibits at the museum to celebrate the history and contributions of African-Americans in Central Illinois. The museum would not exist without the cooperation and assistance from individuals and organizations like yours.

Please feel free to contact Nell Clay, nrclay1047@comcast.net or Nicole Saulsberry, steak@alumni.stanford.edu should you have any questions or require additional information. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation.

Sincerely,

Doug King, President
Board of Directors
