Lashonda Fitch, Executive Director of Oak Ridge Cemetery
Mrs. Fitch will discuss the establishment of Oak Ridge and how it has evolved into the 180-acre cemetery it is today. She will provide biographical details of some of the prominent African Americans buried in “The Colored Section” of Oak Ridge Cemetery.
After the presentation there will be a caravan to “The Colored Section”.
